  12. I have the Syquest EZ drive (135MG) on my A2000 driven by a GVP Impact II
  13. 68030 22 mh board.  I like the thing very much.  Cheap, compact, fast and very
  14. inexpensive storage.  No problem setting up and formating.

  16. An odd problem is that at cold boot the machine stops as soon as the internal
  17. hard drive (on the same scsi chain) lights the drive light.  The solution is a
  18. quick warm reboot which allows a normal boot.  But why the hang up?  I suspect
  19. that the EZ drive spins up much faster than my internal Maxtor which may
  20. confuse the system.  I set the boot priority on the Syquest disk to -128 but
  21. that didn't solve the problem.  Any ideas?
